• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning service is required at a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30. This amount must be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Important check-in information: The building requires wristbands for access. These are provided at the reception and cost $14,000 COP per person, payable directly at check-in by card or bank transfer; cash payments are not accepted.

This fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.

The apartment features a balcony with views of the sea and the Santa Marta marina, equipped with an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals in the open air. The main bedroom includes a queen bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe to comfortably organize your luggage. It also offers a private bathroom with a shower, towels, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and utensils for preparing meals during your stay, while the living/dining area has a sofa bed and a high-resolution TV for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

• Pools / Steam Room / Sauna: Open from Wednesday to Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (18th Floor Schedule – closed on Tuesdays).

• Spa: Open from Wednesday to Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Bar: Open from Wednesday to Monday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Weekends: hours may be extended depending on activity – Closed on Tuesdays.

• Reception: Open 24 hours to assist you with any questions.

• Gym: Open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The key is at the front desk; please request it there and return it after your workout.
