• Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability and for an additional fee.

• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning service is required at a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30. This fee must be paid directly through the provided payment link.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your stay: The building requires bracelets for access. These are provided at the front desk and have a cost of $14,000 COP per person, to be paid directly upon arrival by card or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

The fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.

• Master Bedroom: Cozy and comfortable, equipped with a queen bed, air conditioning, and a large closet to conveniently store all your belongings.

• Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, featuring towels, hand soap, hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and all the utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals.

• Living/Dining Room: A modern and welcoming space that combines a living room and dining area. It features a comfortable sofa bed and a high-resolution TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite series and movies after a day at the beach.

• Laundry Room: Designed to provide extra convenience during your stay, it includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and clothes iron.

The Eira building is located in a prime area of Santa Marta, just steps away from the International Marina, the bay, and the promenade, which are perfect for walking, enjoying the sunset, and accessing boat tours to destinations such as Playa Blanca, Taganga, or Tayrona Park. Within approximately a 15-minute walk, you'll also find the Parque de los Novios, the Historic Center, the Cathedral Basilica, and a wide range of popular restaurants, bars, and cafés, such as Ouzo, Guásimo, LamArt, Vívolo Café, and Gnam Dolce. The area also offers supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops to meet all your needs during your stay. • Bar: Open from Wednesday to Monday: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - On weekends, hours may be extended depending on activity. - Tuesday: closed.
