• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be arranged for the apartment. The cost is $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30.00. This fee must be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Visitor entry is not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted access to the accommodation.

• Balcony: Enjoy a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining area, perfect for sharing meals in the open air while admiring a spectacular view of the sea, Santa Marta’s marina, and the city skyline.

• Master bedroom: Cozy and comfortable, equipped with a queen bed, air conditioning, and a large wardrobe to conveniently store all your belongings.

• Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, provided with towels, hand soap, hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel for a worry-free and comfortable stay.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals.

• Living/dining room: A modern and welcoming space that combines living and dining areas. It features a comfortable sofa bed and a high-resolution TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite series and movies after a day at the beach.

• Laundry room: Designed to provide extra convenience during your stay, includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and clothes iron.

• Pools/Steam Room/Sauna: Open from Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (18th Floor Schedule - closed on Tuesdays)

• Spa: Open from Wednesday to Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Bar: Open from Wednesday to Monday: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - On weekends, hours may be extended depending on activity. - Tuesday: closed.

• Reception is open 24 hours to assist with any inquiries.

• Gym: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The key is at the front desk; please request it to enter and return it after finishing your activities.
