The unit has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, balcony, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, washing machine, and air conditioning.

• To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, it is necessary to send the identification documents of all registered guests in advance.

• Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.

• The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock, designed to provide greater convenience and security during your arrival and stay.

• For stays of 6 nights or more, a cleaning service during the stay is mandatory. It costs COP $120,000 and is paid through a link sent before the service.

• Visitor entry is not allowed. Only previously registered guests may enter.

• Entry authorizations must be sent 24 hours in advance. The indicated notification method is email to the building’s administration and reception.

• Important information for your entry: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $23,800 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

The Delventto building features common areas designed for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay. Some amenities may be subject to availability due to ongoing construction and renovation work at the property.
