• Early check-in or late check-out available depending on availability and at an additional cost.

• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required, which costs 120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the property.

• Balcony: Outdoor chairs for added comfort, with excellent views of the Mountains and the Sea.

• Master bedroom: King-size bed, air conditioning, television, and a spacious closet. Includes a private bathroom, hair dryer, and hand towels.

• Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils, as well as a two-seat counter.

• Laundry room: Iron, ironing board, and washing machine.

Please note that, due to ongoing construction and remodeling work in the building, some of the amenities remain temporarily out of service.
