The apartment features a main bedroom, double bed, trundle bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe, private bathroom, living-dining area, equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with city and sea views.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available depending on availability and for an additional cost.

• The electronic lock allows easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6 nights of stay, cleaning of the apartment is required, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link that will be provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires access wristbands. These are given at the front desk and cost $29,200 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

• Terrace: Outdoor furniture to enjoy the views of the sea and the main street.

• Master bedroom: Double bed plus a trundle bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe.

• Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, towels, clothes iron, and ironing board.

• Living/dining room: Kitchen bar ideal for sharing and enjoying, smart TV.

• Kitchen: Equipped with stove, blender, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils.

- Hours and use of common areas:

• Pools, jacuzzi: available every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:50 p.m.

• Maintenance: Tuesdays.

• Restaurant: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., à la carte dining, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Beach: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., complimentary chairs available at the beach club.

• Reception: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., enter through the parking lot gate.

• Parking: Subject to availability.
