• Important information for entry: The building requires wristbands for access. These are provided at reception for a fee of $18,000 COP per person, to be paid directly upon entry.

The fee applies to all guests over the age of 10.

• The main pool is maintained every other Monday. The following Monday, maintenance is performed on the secondary pool and the children's pool. If Monday is a holiday, maintenance is moved to Tuesday for guests' convenience.

• The BBQ area is available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is a fee of 150,000 COP for up to 4 hours' use, and prior reservation is required.

• The coworking area is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• The apartment features an electronic lock and a card to activate energy services. There are no private amenities inside the apartment.
