• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be carried out in the apartment, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link sent to you.

• Important information for your entry: The building requires wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $12,500 COP per person. This fee must be paid directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests over 5 years old.

The private balcony features a cozy seating area and an ocean view, perfect for enjoying the breeze and relaxing during your stay. The master bedroom has a spacious queen bed for a comfortable rest, while the living room includes a double sofa bed and television, offering a practical space for both relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, utensils, and everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and a laundry area with a dryer and utility sink. Currently, the washing machine is temporarily out of service.

During your stay, you can enjoy the building's swimming pool, available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as the gym, open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., perfect for maintaining your workout routine while enjoying Cartagena. These common areas enhance the apartment experience and its location by the sea.

Morros City is located in Bocagrande, just steps from the beach, in an area with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops that make your stay convenient. Bocagrande Beach is about a 2-minute walk away; Nao Shopping Center is around a 9-minute walk, and Plaza Bocagrande is about 11 minutes away on foot. You will also have easy access to the Historic Center and other attractions in Cartagena, while Rafael Núñez International Airport is approximately a 17-minute drive away, depending on traffic.
