• Living room: A modern and comfortable space with integrated dining and lounge areas. Includes a Frame-style TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed for two people. From here you can access the terrace directly. There is also a shared guest bathroom.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped to make you feel at home: coffee maker, stove, blender, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals.

• Laundry room: Includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience during your stay.
