To make planning easier, a suggested menu is available and can be adjusted to your preferences. This service is designed to offer you a comfortable, practical, and worry-free experience, allowing you to fully enjoy your time.

• To comply with safety regulations, all guests must complete an online registration prior to check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete this process. A photo of each guest’s passport or national ID (CC) must be uploaded. The house staff will request the original documents upon arrival.

• For security reasons and in accordance with our policies and those of the house, visitors and unregistered individuals are not allowed to enter the property before check-in.

• All minors must enter the building accompanied by at least one of their parents, without exception.

• The maximum number of guests allowed, as stated in the listing, includes infants, in compliance with house rules. Therefore, exceeding the established occupancy limit is not permitted, regardless of the guests’ age.

• Cleaning and Kitchen Assistance:

For your comfort, we provide the support of a staff member who is in charge of daily cleaning and kitchen assistance. Her schedule is Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During your stay, she will keep the spaces spotless and can assist with meal preparation according to your needs. To help with planning, we suggest a base menu that can be adapted to your preferences. This service is designed to offer you a practical, relaxed, and worry-free experience, allowing you to fully enjoy your time in the house.

Please note that for groups of more than 8 guests, a second assistant is required. This additional service is not included in the rate and has a cost of 80,000 Colombian pesos per day (approximately 20 USD).
