• Cleaning and kitchen assistance: For your convenience, we provide the support of a team member responsible for daily cleaning and assistance in the kitchen. Her working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. During your stay, she will keep the spaces spotless and can help with meal preparation according to your needs. We suggest a base menu that you can adjust to your preferences. This service is included in your reservation and is designed to offer a practical, relaxed, and worry-free experience, allowing you to fully enjoy your time in the house.

• Additional cleaning service: For bookings of 7 guests or more, it is required to hire an extra cleaning staff member. This service costs $70,000 COP per day, to be covered by the guest.

• Security cameras: For safety, the property has cameras at the entrance, hallway, and common areas. These are installed only in shared and exterior spaces, respecting guests’ privacy.

• Bookings of 7 nights or more: A one-time fee of $200,000 COP is required for linen change and general cleaning service during the stay.
