Enjoy a beachfront stay in this modern apartment at Salinas del Mar Building, in Bello Horizonte, where you can relax with a pleasant beach view from the terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The space features a double bed, air conditioning, and a practical, cozy layout. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, coffee maker, blender, and air fryer, perfect for preparing whatever you like during your stay.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available depending on availability and for an additional fee.

• The electronic lock allows for easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service is required at the apartment. The cost is $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the reception and cost $10,000 COP per person, to be paid directly at the time of check-in.

The fee applies to all guests over the age of 7.

• Master bedroom: Spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, television, and a large closet to conveniently store your belongings throughout your stay.

• Equipped kitchen: Includes a coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils, ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a complete meal.
