• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service is required for the apartment at a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This fee must be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Entry of visitors is not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted in the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and have a cost of $12,500 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

This fee applies to all guests over 4 years old.

• Terrace: a space with an ocean view, outdoor furniture, and the perfect atmosphere to relax, feel the sea breeze, and enjoy the sunsets.

• Master bedroom: spacious and comfortable, with a double bed, air conditioning, television, and a large closet to store your belongings during your stay.

• Equipped kitchen: includes a coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils, ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a complete meal.

Salinas del Mar is located in Pozos Colorados, Santa Marta, an area close to the sea and quieter than more crowded tourist sectors. The location allows you to enjoy the beach and easily travel to Bello Horizonte, Cabo Tortuga, Simón Bolívar International Airport, and El Rodadero. There are also reported nearby restaurants in the area, such as Restaurante Mil Carnes and Donde Papo, as well as convenient access by car to other popular points of interest in Santa Marta.

• The gym is available from Monday to Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is closed on Sundays for maintenance.

• The Main Pool and Jacuzzi (P1) are available on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. due to maintenance in the morning, and from Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• The Tower 3 Pool (P2) is available on Mondays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. due to maintenance in the morning, and from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• The coworking space:

The use of the room is only with a prior reservation. Reservations must be made at the reception desk, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., indicating the date and time you will use the space.

• Access to the sauna and steam room requires prior registration at the reception desk and has a maximum capacity of 5 people.

• The path to the beach is available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

During the reservation, the guest will have support before, during, and after their stay. The team will be available to provide guidance on access, the use of the apartment, building rules, amenity hours, and any information necessary to ensure a comfortable experience from start to finish.
