You will be located in the beautiful Manga neighborhood in Cartagena, Colombia. Our house is situated in front of the pier and the Cartagena Nautical Club, offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Additionally, we are just a 5-minute drive from Cartagena’s historic center, 5 minutes from the convention center, and 15 minutes from the airport, providing easy access to all the city’s attractions.

- For stays longer than 6 nights, a cleaning service fee must be paid.

- The building does not allow guests outside those registered before check-in.

- You must send us a photo of the ID documents of all guests days before your arrival to authorize entry to the property. Once you are in the building, present your original document at reception.

I- f you are a foreigner, upon arrival, you must send us a photo of your passport and the entry stamp to the country for Colombian regulations.

- At U-GO, we care about the planet, so we ask you please always turn off the A/C when you go out.

- All minors must enter the building accompanied by one of their parents.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Parties and smoking on the property are not allowed.
