• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service is required for the apartment, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important entry information: The building requires wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk for a cost of $14,000 COP per person, to be paid directly upon arrival by card or transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

The fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.
