• Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability and for an additional fee.

• The electronic lock provides easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be performed in the apartment, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests can access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the reception and have a cost of $18,000 COP per person, to be paid directly upon arrival.

This fee applies to all guests over 10 years old.

The apartment features a terrace with an ocean view, designed for you to enjoy the sea breeze and admire the scenery from its outdoor furniture. In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed, air conditioning, television, and a spacious closet to easily organize your luggage. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and clean towels, a living and dining area with a sofa bed for relaxing or socializing during your stay, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and utensils for convenient meal preparation.

Ámbar Roca is located in Rodadero Sur, Santa Marta, in an area with easy access to Playa El Rodadero and Playa Salguero. The location allows you to enjoy nearby restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafés, and services. From this area, you can easily reach tourist spots in Rodadero, Mundo Marino, and other attractions in Santa Marta. This is a practical area for those who want to combine relaxation, beach activities, and mobility during their stay.

- Hours and use of common areas:

• Pools, jacuzzi, steam room, and gym: Available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Maintenance:

Alternating Mondays: maintenance is done on the main pool.

The following Monday: maintenance is done on the secondary and children’s pools.

If Monday is a holiday, maintenance is moved to Tuesday to maximize guest enjoyment.

• BBQ area: Available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Cost: $150,000 COP per use (up to 4 hours).

• Coworking area: Open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
