• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required at a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Important information for entry: The building requires wristbands for access. These are provided at the reception and have a cost of $14,000 COP per person, which must be paid directly at the time of entry via card or transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

This fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.

The apartment features a master bedroom equipped with a queen bed, air conditioning, television, and a spacious wardrobe for easy luggage organization. It has a private bathroom with a shower, towel, and hairdryer, designed for a practical and functional stay. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals during their visit. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board for added convenience during both short and extended stays.

The Eira building is located in a prime area of Santa Marta, just steps away from the International Marina, the bay, and the boardwalk—perfect for walking, enjoying the sunset, and accessing boat tours to destinations such as Playa Blanca, Taganga, or Tayrona Park. Within approximately a 15-minute walk, you will also find Parque de los Novios, the Historic Center, the Basilica Cathedral, and a wide selection of renowned restaurants, bars, and cafés such as Ouzo, Guásimo, LamArt, Vívolo Café, and Gnam Dolce. The area also offers supermarkets, pharmacies, and stores to meet all your needs during your stay.
