• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $14,000 COP per person, to be paid directly at check-in by card or transfer; cash payments are not accepted.

The fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.
