• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These will be provided at the front desk and have a cost of $14,000 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival by card or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

This fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.

The private balcony with outdoor furniture is one of the highlights of the accommodation, offering views of the sea and the Marina of Santa Marta to enjoy the scenery and the breeze. The bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, while the living room includes a sofa bed and TV for relaxing or socializing. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, hair dryer, and basic toiletries. The kitchen comes with a microwave, coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and utensils, and the laundry area offers a washer-dryer, drying rack, and iron for added convenience during longer stays.

The common areas are located on the 18th floor, where you will find a panoramic pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room available from Wednesday to Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; these facilities are closed on Tuesdays. The spa area operates from Wednesday to Monday until 8:00 p.m., while the bar is open on the same days from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the possibility of extended hours on weekends. The gym is available from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; to enter, you must request the key at the front desk and return it when finished. The front desk provides service 24 hours a day.

Eira’s location allows you to easily move around one of the most central areas of Santa Marta. The International Marina, Los Cocos Beach, and the Historic Center are just minutes away, and the neighborhood features nearby restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. Parque de los Novios, one of the city’s main hotspots for dining and nightlife, is approximately 450 meters away, according to accommodations listed in the same building.
