• It is mandatory to complete the online registration for each guest in advance. After making the reservation, you will receive a link to complete the registration. A photo of the passport or citizenship ID (CC) of all guests must be uploaded. This will allow your entry authorization. The original documents will be requested upon check-in by the staff.

- Unauthorized visitors are not allowed to enter the apartment.

- All minors must enter the building accompanied by one of their parents.

- Every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required. This fee must be paid directly to the staff we send to perform the cleaning.

- The initial entry is with a code; afterward, a smart card is used to turn on the apartment’s power and allow access to the apartment. The loss of this card incurs a fee of USD $20.
