• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required at a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires wristbands for access. These will be given at the reception desk and have a cost of $14,000 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival by card or bank transfer, cash payments are not accepted.

The fee applies to all guests over 7 years old.

Additionally, the apartment has a functional bathroom, air conditioning, television, wifi, blackout curtains, and a convenient laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For extra comfort and security, it offers a safe and an electronic lock, providing everything needed for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

The apartment is located in the Eira building, in a strategic area of Santa Marta, near the International Marina and Santa Marta Bay. From this location, you'll have easy access to the historic center, restaurants, cafés, shopping areas, and iconic city landmarks. Some published references place the building just a few minutes' walk from the beach at the bay and very close to the Marina, with easy access to attractions such as Parque de Los Novios, the Cathedral, and the Tairona Gold Museum.

• Pools, steam room, and sauna: available from Wednesday to Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on the 18th floor. Closed on Tuesdays.

• Spa: available from Wednesday to Monday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Reservations at 3013779374.

• Bar: open from Wednesday to Monday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On weekends, hours may be extended depending on demand. Closed on Tuesdays.

• Gym: available from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The key must be picked up at the front desk and returned after your workout.

• Reception: open 24 hours to assist with any inquiries during your stay.

• Parking: not permanently included; subject to availability.
