• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.

• Documentation: It is necessary to send identification of the guests before their arrival.

• Flexible Options: Early check-in and late check-out available for an additional cost and subject to availability.

• Late Check-in: Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur a surcharge of 50,000 Colombian pesos or USD $12.00.

• Cleaning Service: Every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required, which costs 140,000 Colombian pesos or USD $35.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link sent.

• Pets are allowed on the property, as long as they are not in common areas. Additionally, a deposit is required for their stay

The beds in the villa can be customized according to your preference: you can choose between two single beds or one king-size bed. Please make sure to notify us of your choice at the time of booking.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and stove. An ideal space to prepare delicious homemade meals, with everything you need for a perfect culinary experience.

• Living/Dining Room: A cozy and modern space with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and an incredible view. The perfect place to relax, enjoy a movie, or spend special moments with your loved ones.

• Terrace: An outdoor space designed for relaxation and unwinding, with comfortable sofas and a peaceful atmosphere. Ideal for enjoying a sunny afternoon or a starry night.

Note: The sauna will be available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. To use it, a reservation must be made at least 2 hours in advance. The maximum capacity is 3 people per session.
