This modern apartment in the Oasis Building in Santa Marta offers stunning views of the sea and the city. It is designed to maximize comfort, including a king-size bed, a double bed, a single bed, and a convenient sofa bed, two private bathrooms with showers, and is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for a better experience. It offers comfortable social areas and is located in an ideal spot, just a few minutes from the Zazué shopping center.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon availability and for an additional fee.

• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required, which costs $140,000 Colombian pesos or USD$35.00. This fee must be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests can access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and have a cost of $15,000 COP per person, to be paid directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests over 8 years old.

• Balcony: Outdoor chairs for added comfort, with excellent views of the sea and the mountains.

• Master Bedroom: King bed, air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe, private bathroom, towels, and hairdryer.

• Bedroom: Double bed + single bed, ideal for a pleasant rest.

• Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils.

• Living Room: A perfect area for relaxation, featuring a sofa bed and a dining table.

• Pool: Available from Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. (General maintenance closure on Tuesdays. A swim cap is required to use the pool, and it can be purchased at the front desk)

• Social Lounge: To use the lounge, a request must be made at the front desk.

• Terrace: Located on the 11th floor, it offers spectacular views.
