The apartment features a balcony terrace with sea and mountain views, a bedroom with a queen bed, a single sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, WiFi, and TV—ideal for a peaceful stay for up to 3 people.

• Guests are required to send identification in advance.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available depending on availability and for an additional fee.

• The electronic lock allows for easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be performed in the apartment. The cost is $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $29,200 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests over 5 years old.

The apartment features a terrace balcony with views of the sea and the mountains, providing a pleasant space to connect with the surroundings of Santa Marta. Its layout includes a bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe, as well as a living-dining room with a single sofa bed, dining table, and four chairs, designed for a maximum occupancy of 3 people. There is a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, dish rack, and basic utensils. The apartment also offers air conditioning, WiFi, TV, safe, fan, water heater, curtains, electronic lock, clothesline, and ironing facilities.

- Hours and use of common areas:

• Pools, jacuzzi: available every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:50 p.m.

• Maintenance: On Tuesdays.

• Restaurant: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. à la carte menu, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Beach: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Complimentary chairs are provided at the beach club.

• Reception: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., enter through the parking gate.
