• To ensure quick and secure entry, it is necessary to send the identification documents of all registered guests in advance.

• Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

• The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock, designed to provide greater comfort and security during your arrival and stay.

• For stays of 6 nights or more, a cleaning service during the stay is mandatory. It costs COP $120,000 and is paid through the link sent before the service.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only guests who have been previously registered may enter.

• Entry authorizations must be sent 24 hours in advance. The required notification method is email to the building management and reception.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost COP $23,800 per person, to be paid directly upon entry.

The apartment covers 65 m² and is arranged with a main bedroom featuring a queen bed, two closets, and air conditioning, designed to offer practical rest during your stay. There are two bathrooms with showers, towels, and a hairdryer. The living and dining area includes a double sofa bed, coffee table, cushions, and television, providing an additional space to relax or share with others. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, stove, range hood, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, dinnerware, pots, and kitchen utensils to easily prepare meals. In addition, there is a balcony or terrace with an outdoor table and two chairs, offering views of the mountains and the road. The apartment also features a laundry and cleaning area with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The apartment is located in Delventto, in Pozos Colorados, an area of Santa Marta known for its calm beaches and an ideal environment for relaxation, away from the busy parts of the city. From the building, you will have easy access to Playa Cabo Tortuga, just a few minutes’ walk away, and you can easily reach El Rodadero, where you will find restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and the Mundo Marino Aquarium. The Simón Bolívar International Airport is a short drive away, making arrival and departure from the city convenient. In addition, the area offers shopping and dining options such as the Zazue shopping center, known for its variety of stores, restaurants, and events near the sea.
