• Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability and for an additional fee.

• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be performed in the apartment, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitor entry is not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted to access the accommodation.

• The building administration will enforce the mandatory use of wristbands for access to common areas. Each wristband costs $29,000 COP per person and must be paid directly at the reception during check-in. Children under 5 years old are not required to wear a wristband. Payments are only accepted via digital methods (debit/credit cards or PSE), as cash is not accepted. Important: access to common areas will not be permitted without the appropriate wristband.

The apartment features a balcony terrace with views of the sea, city, and mountains—a space designed for you to enjoy the surroundings during your stay. The layout includes a bedroom with a double bed and closet, as well as a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, and two chairs, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It has a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, dish rack, and basic utensils. Additional amenities include TV, air conditioning, WiFi, water heater, curtains, electronic lock, and clothes drying rack.

The building’s pool is usually available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while the gym, located on the rooftop of the North Tower, operates from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On the first floor, you’ll find a coworking area and laundry facilities, and the building also offers a playground for children. Currently, the BBQ area, jacuzzi, and sauna are temporarily out of service, so these amenities should not be considered available during your stay.

Located in Playa Dormida, the Terraz building offers an excellent location for enjoying one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas of Santa Marta. In less than a 5-minute walk, you will find Playa Bello Horizonte, perfect for relaxing, practicing water sports, or watching the sunset. Also nearby is the Zazue Shopping Center, with supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as internationally rated hotels like the Hilton Santa Marta. Its proximity to the Simón Bolívar International Airport (approx. 5 minutes by car) and its easy access to Rodadero and the Historic Center (15-20 minutes) make it a strategic point for combining relaxation, beach time, cuisine, and sightseeing during your stay.
