Enjoy Santa Marta from a modern apartment in Bello Horizonte with a private balcony and views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains. The space features an air-conditioned bedroom, double and single beds, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and TV. The building offers pools for adults and children, gym, coworking area, laundry, playground, and a strategic location near Playa Dormida, Zazué Plaza, and Simón Bolívar International Airport.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability and at an additional cost.

• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning is required at a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• The building management will require wristbands for access to common areas. Each wristband costs $29,000 COP per person and must be paid directly at the reception during check-in. Children under 5 years old do not need a wristband. Payments are accepted only via digital methods (debit/credit cards or PSE), as cash is not accepted. Important: Access to common areas will not be permitted without the corresponding wristband.

The private balcony features outdoor chairs and offers a panoramic view that combines the Caribbean Sea, the mountains, and the airport surroundings, creating a pleasant space to enjoy the breeze and the scenery. The room includes a three-quarter bed measuring 120 × 190 cm and a single bed measuring 1 m, as well as air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom with towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, microwave, oven, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and utensils to prepare your meals during your stay. The living room includes a sofa bed, providing a practical layout for couples, small families, or groups.

The building’s pool is usually available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., while the gym, located on the rooftop of the North Tower, is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On the first floor, you will find a coworking area and laundry facilities, and the building also features a children's playground. Currently, the BBQ area, jacuzzi, and sauna are temporarily out of service, so these should not be considered available amenities during your stay.

Located in Bello Horizonte, the Terraz building offers an excellent location for enjoying one of the most peaceful and exclusive areas of Santa Marta. Less than a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find Bello Horizonte Beach, ideal for relaxing, practicing water sports, or watching the sunset. The Zazue Shopping Center is also nearby, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and stores, as well as internationally renowned hotels such as the Hilton Santa Marta. Its proximity to Simón Bolívar International Airport (about 5 minutes by car) and easy access to Rodadero and the Historic Center (15-20 minutes) make it a strategic location to combine relaxation, beach, dining, and tourism during your stay.
