• Guests are required to send identification documents in advance.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available subject to availability and for an additional fee.

• For every 6 nights of stay, the apartment must be cleaned. The cleaning fee is $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30.00. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are given at the front desk and cost $23,800 COP per person. This amount must be paid directly upon arrival.
