• Guests are required to send their identification documents in advance.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee.

• The electronic lock ensures easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6-night stay, a cleaning service for the apartment is required at a cost of 120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted to access the property.

• Master bedroom: Enjoy a restful sleep in a comfortable queen bed, with air conditioning, television, and a spacious closet to keep all your belongings organized.

• Private bathroom: Modern space with a shower, hairdryer, and towels, equipped with everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay.
