• Every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be performed in the apartment, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Balcony: Relax on comfortable outdoor furniture while enjoying a pleasant partial ocean view and a spectacular mountain panorama. The perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a drink at sunset.

• Master bedroom: Spacious, elegant, and cozy, it features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, television, and a large closet. It also has a private bathroom, providing you with greater comfort, privacy, and rest during your stay.

• Living room: A modern and comfortable space where the living and dining areas are integrated. It is equipped with air conditioning, a Frame-style TV, and a single sofa bed. From here, you can access the balcony directly and enjoy a bright and relaxing atmosphere.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped to make you feel at home. It includes a coffee maker, stove, blender, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and all the utensils you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to your favorite meals.

• Laundry room: Designed to offer greater convenience during your stay. It includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, ideal for keeping your clothes impeccable throughout your trip.
