• For every 6 nights of stay, cleaning service must be performed in the apartment. The cost is $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Entry of visitors is not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $12,500 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests aged 5 and older.

You will be in Salinas del Mar, in the Pozos Colorados sector, an area of Santa Marta known for its peaceful atmosphere, close proximity to the sea, and great access to key spots in the city. From the building, you’ll have easy access to the beaches of Bello Horizonte and Pozos Colorados, Zazué shopping center, Simón Bolívar International Airport, and tourist areas such as El Rodadero, with restaurants, shops, and beach activities just minutes away.
