• Entry of visitors is not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $12,500 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests aged 5 and older.

The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, towels, and basic toiletries, providing everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay by the sea.

You will be staying in Salinas del Mar, in the Pozos Colorados area, a part of Santa Marta known for its peaceful atmosphere, proximity to the sea, and convenient connections to key spots in the city. From the building, you’ll have easy access to beaches along the Bello Horizonte and Pozos Colorados corridor, the Zazué shopping center, Simón Bolívar International Airport, and tourist areas such as El Rodadero, with restaurants, shops, and beach activities just minutes away.
