• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• The building management will require wristbands for access to common areas. Each wristband costs 29,000 COP per person and must be paid directly at the reception during check-in. Children under 5 years old do not need a wristband. Payments are only accepted via digital methods (debit/credit cards or PSE); cash is not accepted. Important: Access to common areas will not be allowed without the corresponding wristband.

In addition, the apartment has an automatic washing machine and hot water in the bathroom, providing everything you need for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Less than a 5-minute walk away, you will find Bello Horizonte Beach, ideal for relaxing, practicing water sports, or watching the sunset.
