• Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability and at an additional cost.

• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning service must be performed for a fee of 120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• The building management will require wristbands for access to common areas. Each wristband costs 29,000 COP per person and must be paid directly at the reception during check-in. Children under 5 years old do not need a wristband. Payments are only accepted via digital methods (debit/credit cards or PSE); cash is not accepted. Important: Access to common areas will not be allowed without the corresponding wristband.

• Balcony: Comfortable and cozy space with outdoor chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view of the pool, mountains, and the Caribbean Sea.

• Master bedroom: Features a queen bed, air conditioning, TV, and a spacious closet. It comes with a private bathroom, towels, and a hair dryer for added comfort.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a coffee maker, stove, blender, microwave, oven, refrigerator, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils. It also includes a practical dining bar with two high chairs.

• Living room: Modern and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, TV, and a sofa bed measuring 140 x 190. It has direct access to the balcony and a pleasant view of the sea and the pool on the third floor. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower.

• Laundry area: Includes an automatic washing machine and hot water available in the bathroom.

• Pool: Regular hours: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Beach: Playa Dormida is a 10-minute walk away – a quiet beach near the airport

• Gym: Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. – North tower on the rooftop
