• Please note: During your stay, there may be noise due to nearby construction or renovations. Work takes place Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, as well as on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out is available depending on availability and for an additional fee.

• Entry to the apartment is with an electronic lock for added security.

• For every 6 nights of stay, cleaning of the apartment is required, which has a cost of $130,000 Colombian pesos or USD$32.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important entry information: The building requires wristbands for access. These are given at reception and have a cost of $15,000 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

This fee applies to all guests over 3 years old.

The apartment offers a spacious and functional layout, featuring a balcony with a sea view furnished with an outdoor table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, blackout curtains, television, spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, blackout curtains, and a large closet for organizing clothes and personal items. Additionally, there is an extra bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, stove, oven, blender, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, sandwich maker, and basic utensils, making meal preparation easy during your stay. The living/dining room integrates a sofa, air conditioning, and a dining area designed for sharing with family or friends. There is also a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The building offers the following amenities:

• Pool: Enjoy the pool, open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Mondays, the pool opens at 1:00 PM for maintenance, and if Monday is a holiday, maintenance will be done on Tuesday.

• Gym: Available from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Request the keys and leave an ID document at the reception.

• Coworking: Open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for working or studying in a comfortable and professional environment.

• Jacuzzi: Relax in the jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

• Terrace/Bar: Enjoy the terrace/bar, open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM, ideal for relaxing, enjoying a drink, and admiring the view.
