• The condominium is still under construction, so there may be dust and/or noise during your stay.

• Bahía Kristal is not responsible for jetskis or any other items left in the parking areas. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions for the safety of their belongings.

• Every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning must be carried out, which has a cost of COP $120,000 or USD $30.00. This amount must be paid directly through the payment link that is sent.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation
