• Early check-in or late check-out available subject to availability and an extra fee.

• The electronic lock provides easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6 nights of stay, cleaning of the apartment is mandatory, with a cost of $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires wristbands for access. These are provided at the front desk and cost $29,200 COP per person, payable directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests over 5 years old.

In addition, there is a private bathroom with a shower, towels, iron, and ironing board. For added convenience, the apartment includes a practical laundry area with a washer and dryer, providing you with everything you need for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

• Pools, jacuzzi: available every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:50 p.m.

• Maintenance: Tuesdays.

• Restaurant: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. à la carte dining; all three services are available: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Beach: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Lounge chairs are provided at the beach club free of charge.

• Reception: 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., entry is through the parking gate.
