• For every 6 nights of stay, cleaning of the apartment is required, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30.00. This amount must be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Master bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, television, and a spacious wardrobe.

• Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and towels.

• Living/dining room: Sofa bed, ideal for a pleasant and restful break.

- Hours and use of common areas:

• Pools, jacuzzi, steam room, and gym: available every day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Mondays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Maintenance:

Monday morning: maintenance is performed on the main pool.

If Monday is a holiday, maintenance is moved to Tuesday for greater guest enjoyment.

• Coworking area and gym: Monday to Friday available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays: 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Beach: 10 minutes walking distance.

Game room: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You can reach it from the Simón Bolívar International Airport in approximately 5 minutes by car or taxi. If you are coming from the Historic Center or El Rodadero, the journey takes between 15 and 20 minutes via the main road. You can easily get around by taxi, ride-sharing apps, or urban buses that frequently pass through the area. The complex has parking available (subject to availability or previous reservation), and there are also parking options for visitors. Its strategic location allows you to comfortably travel to beaches, shopping malls, supermarkets, and the main tourist attractions of the city.
