• The electronic lock allows easy and secure access to the apartment.

• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be performed in the apartment, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD$30. This amount should be paid directly via the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

- Hours and use of common areas:

• Pools, jacuzzi, steam room, and gym: available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Maintenance:

Alternate Mondays: maintenance is performed on the main pool.

The following Monday: maintenance is performed on the secondary pool and the children's pool.

If there is a holiday on Monday, maintenance will take place on Tuesday for the greater enjoyment of guests.

• BBQ area: available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Cost: $150,000 COP per use (up to 4 hours).
