• For every 6 nights of stay, a cleaning service must be done in the apartment, which costs $140,000 Colombian pesos or USD$35.00. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Important information for your entry: The building requires the use of wristbands for access. These are given at the reception and cost $30,000 COP per person, which must be paid directly upon arrival.

The fee applies to all guests over 5 years old.

In addition, it has three bathrooms with showers, a living room with a television for relaxing or gathering, and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, counter, coffee maker, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, and utensils to prepare meals during your stay.
