• It is mandatory to complete the online registration for each guest in advance. After making the reservation, you will receive a link to complete the registration. A photo of the passport or citizenship ID (CC) of all guests must be uploaded. This will authorize their entry into the building. The original documents will be requested at check-in by the building staff.
- Upon check-in, you must pay 20,000 Colombian pesos per guest at the hotel administration, using a debit or credit card only, to obtain the building access wristband. This fee applies to adults, children, and infants.
- Pets are not allowed, unless they are emotional support animals. In that case, a certificate from a psychiatrist or treating physician must be provided.
- Unauthorized visitors are not allowed to enter the apartment.
- If you are a foreigner, you must send a photo of the entry stamp placed by immigration authorities in your passport upon entering the country.
- Every minor must enter the building accompanied by one of their parents.
- Every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning must be performed, and this fee must be paid directly to the cleaning staff we send.
