• Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee.

• For every 6 nights of stay, an apartment cleaning service is mandatory, which costs $120,000 Colombian pesos or USD $30.00. This fee must be paid directly through the payment link provided.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the accommodation.

• Important information for your arrival: The building requires all guests to use wristbands for access. These will be provided at reception and cost $23,800 COP per person, to be paid directly upon arrival.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, sandwich maker, electric grill, and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. There is also a practical laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, ideal for both short and extended stays.
